It’s for any parent who wants more confidence, less conflict, and a stronger relationship with their child, whether that child is two, twelve, or twenty-two. In sessions with Dominika, Parenting Specialist, you’ll explore your parenting style, your partner’s, and how your children respond to each, so you can work as a team and stay consistent. You’ll explore attachment styles and build habits that help your child feel secure, seen, and supported.

Parent Coaching

Sessions explore your parenting style, your partner’s, and how your kids respond to each, because two adults parenting in two different directions is a recipe for confusion (and some very strategic kids). You’ll also dig into attachment styles, including your own, so you can build a secure connection with your child. Dominika also helps you and your partner or spouse get back on the same team, so you’re working with each other instead of around each other.

Parent coaching is ongoing, hands-on support, not a one-time consultation. You’ll create practical tools, behavior strategies, structure, and routines that fit your family, then adjust them as you try them at home. Whether you’re dealing with tantrums, defiance, inconsistent routines, or other behavioral struggles, you won’t be figuring it out alone.

Dominika is with you at every step to troubleshoot setbacks, answer questions, and keep you on track. You will get honest feedback along the way, not just what's comfortable to hear.

What you’ll walk away with:

  • A clearer understanding of your parenting and attachment styles

  • Strategies and routines tailored to your child’s age and needs

  • More consistency with your partner or co-parent

  • Confidence handling difficult moments as they happen

Session details: Sessions are 60 minutes each and offered virtually nationwide or in person.

Parent-Focused Family Coaching

Parent-Focused Family Coaching was designed by Dominika, Parenting Specialist, for parents raising children with ADHD, ASD, or behavioral challenges, and for households with multiple kids. She supports you through the emotional side of parenting, but she doesn’t stop there. You’ll leave with concrete skills and tools, and she’ll teach you how to use them in the moment, in your real home, with your real kids. She also helps you and your partner or spouse connect and stay on the same page, because the whole house runs better when the adults are a team. Sessions are offered in-office and in-home, and they come with real homework, so don’t expect to just sit and nod.

How it works

  1. Intake (60 minutes, parents only): You’ll talk through your family dynamic, household structure, routines, challenges, and what a normal day actually looks like. You’ll leave with in-the-moment tips and tools to try before the next session.

  2. Follow-up (60 minutes, parents): You’ll review how the tools worked at home. Bring videos and examples of behaviors. Dominika wants to see what’s really happening, not the cleaned-up version.

  3. Evaluation (60 minutes, in person with parents and child): Dominika builds rapport with your child and observes how you and your child interact, including your child’s responses and behaviors. She models tools for you to try at home. Afterward, she creates a personalized Parenting Plan with her observations, feedback, and a clear structure for what to practice.

  4. Ongoing sessions (60 minutes each): Sessions are built around what your family needs: just your child, just the parents, your child and one parent, your child and both parents, your child and siblings, and so on. Dominika models, educates, and teaches in-the-moment skills, then supports you in using them correctly so your child can adjust to the change.

Along the way, you’ll explore parenting styles and attachment styles, routines and structure, consequences and discipline, and communication, including how you and your partner communicate about parenting.

Families typically see significant positive change after the first 3 months of consistent sessions. Most finish the program around the 6-month mark and come back at the next stage of their child’s development, because let’s be real, kids are always growing and changing.
