CO-PARENTS
Co-Parenting and Court-Ordered Co-Parenting, Parent Coordination and Mediation
Co-parenting is Dominika’s specialty. She works with separated and divorced parents in both co-parenting and parallel parenting arrangements, including high-conflict and court-ordered cases. Her approach is direct, structured, and child-centered. She believes that when it comes to the children involved in co-parenting cases, there is no need for drama or ego, and co-parents see real change because the priority is the well-being of the children, not on which parent is “right”. Whether it’s amicable co-parenting or high-conflict co-parenting, Dominika can support you in establishing boundaries, respectfully communicating, making child—centered decisions or creating a structure in the home that can be consistent and harmonious - she’ll help you build a setup that works for your family.
“We not only had sessions with Dominika, but also got a custom Parenting Plan through her and have been able to stay out of court! I HIGHLY recommend Dominika and her services to anyone who is at their wits’ end with their co-parent and wants actual change”
“Dominika is a high-conflict co-parenting GURU. When I tell you that my ex and I could not communicate at all, I am not exaggerating. Not only can we actually have a conversation about our child now and it not be full of drama, gaslighting, and manipulation, we have been able to make real compromises and effective solutions.”
Instead of trying to force “better communication,” Dominika helps high-conflict co-parents learn to either parallel parent or actually co-parent: a structured approach that reduces conflict, sets clear boundaries, and keeps the focus where it belongs…on your child.
“Give her a few sessions, and I promise you will see results.”

What is Offered:
Co-parenting and parallel parenting coaching: Practical skills for communicating, setting boundaries, and reducing conflict, for co-parents together or individually. Parallel parenting is an option when limited contact is the healthiest route.
Court-ordered parent coordination: Structure and accountability for co-parents who have been ordered by the court to work with a parent coordinator.
Mediation: Neutral support for separating or divorcing couples working toward agreements about their children.
Tailored Parenting Plans/Parenting Agreements:
About the process:
Very few professionals will sit down with two co-parents and build a parenting plan from scratch. It’s messy, it’s emotional, and it takes someone who can hold the line. Dominika does it, and she’s very good at it. She gets co-parents to real, workable agreements, often without the cost and delay of a drawn-out court battle.
She meets with co-parents to dig into what isn’t working in their current plan, or to build a new one, and she keeps every decision centered on the children. She’ll be direct about what’s realistic, she won’t let the process turn into a fight over who’s right, and she moves things along.

How it works:
Joint session: You and your co-parent meet with Dominika together to talk through the inconsistencies and issues in your current plan, along with the communication challenges that keep causing problems.
Individual sessions: Each parent meets 1:1 with Dominika to walk through the routine, structure, and day-to-day life in their home. This gives her the full picture of what the kids experience under each parent’s care.
Joint sessions: The remaining sessions are held together. Dominika brings child development into the plan and educates both parents on what’s age-appropriate, so decisions are based on what the children need at their stage, not on what feels like a win. She guides you through the hard conversations and helps you reach compromises, because plans only work when both parents can live with them.
Your document: Dominika compiles everything into a clear, written parenting plan or agreement. You can take it to your attorneys and file it with the court.
Session details: Sessions are held weekly or biweekly, so the process keeps moving and doesn’t drag on for months. You can choose 60-minute sessions or intensives (3 or 5 hours) if you want to get through it even faster.
It’s really that S.I.M.P.L.E. Compared to working it out through attorneys and the courts, this route is generally more affordable and faster, and you get a plan built around your family, not a one-size-fits-all template.
Please be advised that while Dominika has significant experience working with the courts, Dominika is not an attorney, and this service is not legal advice or legal representation. Your attorneys will review the finished document and see that it is mutually agreed upon by both parties before it’s filed.
